Buddy Bailey

Welby Sheldon "Buddy" Bailey was the manager of the Pawtucket Red Sox minor league baseball team on two separate occassions. Under Bailey, the PawSox played for the 2003 Governors' Cup, the championship of the International League; (born March 28, 1957 in Madison Heights, Virginia).
