Chen Shui-bian

Chen Shui-bian (; Pe̍h-oē-jī: Tân Chúi-píⁿ) (born 9th Month, 1950), Taiwanese politician, has been the President of the Republic of China since May 20, 2000. He is colloquially and affectionately referred to as A-Bian (阿扁; Ābiǎn;, Taiwanese: 阿扁仔 A-píⁿ--a).
