Smokey Joe Williams

Joseph Williams, also nicknamed "Smokey Joe", was an American right-handed pitcher in Negro league baseball who has been considered by many historians to be one of the game's greatest pitchers, even though he never played a game in the major leagues; (April 6 1886 - February 25 1951).
