Roger Peckinpaugh

Roger Thorpe Peckinpaugh was an American shortstop in Major League Baseball for the Cleveland Indians (1910-1913), New York Yankees (1913-1921), Washington Senators (1922-1926) and Chicago White Sox (1927). He managed the Yankees for 20 games in 1914 and was the team captain for the remainder of his time with the club; (February 5, 1891 - November 17, 1977).
