Coco Crisp

a Major League Baseball center fielder who was acquired by the Boston Red Sox on January 27, 2006 from the Cleveland Indians; a switch-hitter, noted for his outstanding defensive skills and speed on the basepaths, as well as his humorous nickname, and for being one of few baseball players who bat without the use of batting gloves; attended Los Angeles Pierce College; (born November 1 1979).
